Subscriptions 2017

We are coming to the end of the year and subscriptions for 2017 become due. There is an increase on all subscriptions in line with the increase in the affiliation fee due to England Athletics. Amongst other items, one of the most important services we get from England Athletics is insurance for all our registered athletes.

The rates are:

Senior over 20                   £52.00

Junior (9-20)                       £37.00

1 Parent 1 Junior               £77.00

1 Parent 2+ Junior             £102.00

2 Parents 1 Junior              £117.00

2 Parents 2+Junior             £142.00

2+ Junior                              £62.00

Second Claim                       £37.00

Child (under 9)                    £15.00

Could you please pay these fees by cash or cheque at the club on a Tuesday or Thursday? We do not have the facility to pay electronically.  If you are having difficulty getting to the club, contact Tracy Cresswell who can arrange other ways of you getting payment to her, i.e. by post.

We are keen to have up-to-date personal and contact details, so can you please check with Tracy that we have the correct information and complete a membership form if anything has changed. This is especially important for emergency contact information and for any on-going medical conditions.

For all 20 year olds and under there is an additional coaching fee at the cost of £2.00 per session.  Any member wanting to use the track / indoor on a training night must also pay £2.00 for the session.

If the fees are not paid by 31st March 2017 you’ll not be eligible to compete for the club or claim affiliation in any race thereafter. We understand that there may be cases of hardship in which people maybe struggling to pay. If you find yourself in this position, you can speak to Tracy in confidence, to find out if we can make a concession.

If anyone is unsure as to when their membership is due, especially those that joined throughout the year, please speak to Tracy on a club night.
